Have just got back from the doctors, having had my blood/urine and blood pressure tested. My urine showed no trace of sugar which is good news although I won't know for certain whether or not I have diabetes until the blood test results come back next week. More worryingly, my blood pressure still is coming out as being too high which means that I have been booked in to see the doctor again to discuss this with her .....

All of this has given me a real wake up call and is something upon which I must now act before my health starts to have a negative impact upon my life. As my old mum used to

Since her (second) return from living with another man my wife has been adamant that she had broken off all contact with him, even when questioned directly.

Well we are a year an a half down the line and I'm still no further down the line. It's cost me nearly 2,500 and numerous trips to court I've had my front door kicked in because he thought I had someone else even though he left me by text and I've been with him from school days 14 years. He offered the 4 kids an hour contact a week which they refused and  gives me 23.00 a week through the csa (self employed !!!!)
