Today was D day the decision day court needs to know for tomorrow if we have come to an agreement.Sol phoned me and i recieved the offer in writing also which reads .The H offered £340pcm without the CSA for 2 yrs and £240pcm for the children until they leave school.It is suggested that the W cease her application with the CSA and this offer be secured in a court order.I asked for an extra £70 per month he rejected this and said i'll see her in court.Bearing in mind he has arrears and i have an appeal aginst him with the CSA as he knows they will reassess him on what he is really earning.

As for the 17 questions lol what a *** could you please clarify my parents bought you a washing machine and oven , his parents are willing to write a supporting letter stating yes we did for his children as he would'nt and he charged her for the wire for the cooker (tight git).

Could she please clarify the CSA payments i have made from end of Dec 06 til Nov 07 - not a problem the sum was bugger all please see supporting letter from CSA.

Could she please clarify where she got her pension from ? i found it on the floor.

Could she please clarify the approx value of her car ? Not a bad guess i put down, £50 out.

Could she please clarify the repairs needed on her car ?yes look at my poor wing mirror which is held on by silver tape.

All a load of tosh really but now i need to answer them oh well lets see what happens as i have a trump card up my sleeve.

		Angel.... I sincerely hope your trump card is a corker!!!!! ....... I cannot believe the tosh that some people come out with....... My STBX is 'asking' why our daughter only pays £20 'board & lodgings'..... errrm, if he looks into that peanut sized brain of his - he will recall that our daughter has paid £20 'board & lodgings for serveral years now.... funny, he never questioned it before!!!!!! You get 'em girl!!!!!!!
