He didnt come round last night - text me to say he was too upset and felt ill. I text back could we make it another night but no reply. Got an appointment at Relate on Monday so I have written him a note asking if he would come along with me. There are still some things I need to tell him and once he has heard those if he still says no then there isnothing I can do to change his mind so I have promised him I will never contact him again.
Asked if he could let me know so I can tell Relate if he is coming but so far no reply.
I am going to make an appointment with Doctor tomorrow I feel so dreadful and keep crying all the time and I cant sleep. Have lost half a stone this week.
Felt so desperate this afternoon I even telephoned the Samaratins and spoke to a really nice lady who just listened to me sobbing into the phone. When I mentioned my debt problems she said I wasn't a bad person and although what I had done was not great I had not actually hurt anyone. Felt better for about 10 minutes then straight back to despair and misery.

Stripe, Hate to see you torturing yourself. Tell him the time and date and place for relate. If he comes, he comes, but if he doesn't, you have to face up to a reality. He is not coming back. Get to the doctors ASAP. You need help. Debt problems can be dealt with, but only if you do something. Try to focus your efforts into something positive and productive. Get an appointment with Citizens Advice about your debt problems. Get out of the house and do something different - Go for a long walk, anything. But sitting at home and letting it all get to you is doing NOTHING to help you. Be strong. Nothing is impossible. It can be very difficult, but not impossible. Take care Mike |

this is so sad sadie, i totally relate to what you are going through. It took me nearly 3 years and to date 4 months of counselling to finally realise i had to let go, and that she was not going to come back into my life, whatever happens you have the stregnth , just dig deep to find it .
