Nearly a year gone by!!

Well had my first hearing in November 2007.......Lots of accusations made by her and her sol & Barristor........ Counter accusations by myself and sol......DJ gave his directions which amounted to more information to be supplied to each sol.. All over inside 3 hours......Back home just wondering how a wommen I had known for so long could become so bitter, angry and vindictive......Xmas over, having spent a great time with my new partner....Sols begin to exchange even more info......More accusations and lies aimed at me.......FDR day arrives... 3hours chatting with barristor about my requirements......In we go to DJ, barristors make their opening statements....DJ stated this hearing will not produce a settlement......Mark it down for final hearing....another 2hrs spent on directions for FH...... Home again feeling very deflated and knowing yet more evidence to be found before FH date......When and how is this all going to end!!!!
