need advice on how to sort this situation

I need an advice with regard to divorce,
I am in the process of taking divorce , we both had agreed initially to take consent divorce, the reasons for divorce was due to love among each other and the main reasons are my wife felt she did not love me anymore, we have had no physical relationship from 2002,she has made my life hell we have slept in different rooms i have lots of verbal abuses from her saying that i am not fit for her , am not goodlooking , am lazy , making me feel demotivated and always makes me feel as the worst person, the reason we have not gone through divorce because we have a special needs child, who needs attention for all her needs. Now for the past 1 year i have met a lady who is a fantastic person and we are in love and want to get married, but now my wife has come to know about this and she is sending abusive emails to me and this lady who has no fault neither do i and saying she will not give divorce and also she will destroy my career as now she wants me to sit at home and look after my special needs child and she wants to go out and work, I do love my child , and am ready to look after her but am not working in the same city and so it means i have to resign from my job which is not practical as the money is neded to pay rent and all bills of the house where she stays.
I desperately want a divorce so i can remarry and the lady whom i m in love with is ready to accept my daughter, i believe her totally and am sure she will do her best as we will look after my daughtet with all care. But my wife is not willing to divorce now, she does not love me but does not want to leave me, she is seeking revenge , i cant understand her, i a not a bad person and i cnt be like her mean and cunning , I love my daughter a lot and she is being pulled in all this mess
My wife wants to work full time now as she feels she has looked after my daughter for 11 years its my turn to look after her, i have always looked after my daughter working outside and caring for her she has not seen that, few things i need to know can i get help from government to look after my daughter and also work simutaneously, we live in south coast of england, i have a job to resume now in glasgow, i m ready to take my daughter to glasgow , i work as a manager in the hotel from 10 to 6 pm
i can send her to school and may need support from 3 pm to 6 pm, how soon can i transfer her school from england to scotland, i dont want to leave my job as that is what my wife wants to destroy my life career so i cant be happy at all, i have found happiness, but i wanna take care of my daughter too, plzz advice me
