New menber - wife moved out

Looking for some advice please.

Wife admitted to having affair a month ago after I challenged her about returning home late the previous night. Since then things have escalated rapidly up to the present situation where she has moved out and loverboy has left his wife to move in with her.

The problem I have is that stbx works from the family home as a hairdresser (one bedroom has been converted to a salon) and she has asked to continue working from here up to Xmas. My initial reaction was 'why should I let you?' but I've since been thinking about the legal ramifications.
