Received a questionnaire from my stbx solicitor in preparation for our day in court. I have been asked toprovide a comprehensive list of all my designer labelled clothes and shoe sand up to date valuations. Also jewellery. As I don't possess and never have any of these things what do I do? I presume that this is to give the court a false impression but to what end? My stbx has a collection of expensive watches of which only one would be more valuable than all that I own. I shop in the sales and mainly for the children and household goods. Any suggestions on how I should respond other than

Me again, I have 2 children. One a teenager 18, another 8. the eldest has no relationship with my stbx. This is largely due to physical and emotional abuse suffered. I have given up trying as it causes great stress and friction in the house whenever I mention it. My ex makes no effort. My youngest spend the odd night or day and has now been introduced to a new partner and her 2 children age 10 and 12. My youngest seems o,k, with this  so I'm not too worried. I only wonder if my stbx should have told me before introducing other people to her. Am I being too fussy? I don't know anything

I am a L.I.P. and would like some advice. I had a solicitor for  2+ years but can no longer afford it. I need to take in s0me forms on my first date in court. These are Forms H or H1. I'm not sure which of these is applicable in my circumstances. I have disinstructed my solicitor and paid him in full using a credit card-£7,000.
