Today I am really hacked off.

As you know, X offered and I have accepted a high percentage of equity and small percentage of his pension which equates to less that 50% of all marital assets.

The consent order has'nt appeared, instead I receive a request from his solicitors stating that it is going difficult for X to return to UK in oct for FH, so will I agree to delaying it until late December.......WHAT!!

No 1. I thought we agreed a settlement?, so therefore there is no need to him to return anyway, unless of course he is going to withdraw it.

No 2. What the hell is playing at, does he really

Still headed for FH . Have completed and sworn my Form E to exchange with X as direct by the judge before 29/6/07.  True to form have not had sight of stbx....................... There is an offer in the pipeline, I  could accept it and finally put an end to this mess now instead of dragging it out. However, I have just been informed that his original CEV was (as I suspected)  incorrect and he has finally produced another one which inflates the last figure by over 50k!

Today is one of complete frustration.  I have been waiting for a first appointment for ancilliary relief as my stbx has decided he wants to leave the mess behind and 'get away from it all' and by volunteerng to go overseas for a year....As financial negotiations have not getting anywhere for the last 6 months I decided to go down the ancilliary relief path .

No problem.......Both parties consented, the court agreed an early first hearing due to his imminent departure and the court fee was duly paid and cashed more than 6 weeks ago after the court indicated a hearing would be listed before his
