Why I Self Repped!

The following statement, backed with evidence, does not reflect the difficulties of alienation from children, homelessness, career change due to seious injuries sustained in assault and resulting adaptations and emotional impacts. It is a simplified evidented statement of some of the procedures of 8 years litigation and was prepared by myself, the Pursuer, for the sole purpose of allowing my divorce petition to be heard. The evidence has been omitted for legal as well as boredom reasons!
