Well time has come to try pastures new cant live under the same roof anymore and cant kick her out on the street cause of kids they are the most important thing in all this. Well after a quiet uneventful Christmas Day she informs me that she has right of occupation to the council house even though her name was never on the agreement. well i did ecpect something like this to happen so she has moved back into the house at least I get to see my son. Seems she has no where to live and the council wont help her. So looks like its me that has to go.
