Funny word but probably about right. I have had enough feeling like thats so now..

Writing this I feel like a fraud. I feel like a fraud because I feel I should hurt for longer. The damage has been done but I feel much better than I have.

Fathers Day past with a whimper and not the bang it usually arrives at. I won't go through it but fathers estranged from the ones they love will know that it sucked, pretty much all day you think back to other times.

I had a load of stuff I'd set myself to do at the weekend and none got done. Motivation is right down and the world keeps turning.
