Just to say a thank you to those who wished me luck for yesterday 14th Nov for my FDR hearing, i woke up feeling nervous i could'nt eat a thing, my dad drove me to court we had to drive past it.There walking in was tweedle dee and tweedle dum how she dolled herself up to be sitting in a waiting room awwww.I refused to sit in the public waiting room with them so i had the side room, my barrister joined me and we went over a few things, my ex called my barrister outside and handed him a new Form E he had swore that morning, we had a breif look over it , in there are letter's to the CSA he disputing his arrears and somehow he has managed to get the CSA to reduce them by half something i'm going to query and i see his earnings oh yes we have lied big time.We were then called before the judge my barrister was first to speak and said about my ex's earning capacity, my ex got lairy "where's your proof , prove it " my barrister ignored him and said to the judge it's all here in the file , the judge told the ex you will have your turn in a minute my barrister also bought up the fact he had paid no child support but had paid for him and his g/f to have IVF as he said not that i'm saying he can't have IVF but he must have large sum of money to hand.Ex opened his mouth and shouted at me i am self employed who is paying for me to take the day off today and said my name in that tone, the tone which meant when i was with him run now , and he repeated this judge asked him to calm down, ex went on about contact with the children and lied and called me a disgrace as a mother 6 times he said that, the judge told him to calm down a further 3 times and the judge asked for my say on this matter which i gave him the truth , the judge and my barrister agreed with me that dad could see his children any time but not with her for reason's that have happened in the past.Ex then ranted i was a waste and a waste of tax payers money and shouted THINK'S IT'S MOTHER OF THE YEAR ! NOT. By this time think the judge had the hump with him and told him unnesscery, spiteful , personnel comments will get you no where,Ex's excuse for this i have had enough of it all i want it over now can you make a ruling on the information i have given you , to which the judge said no we have only just recieved it we shall have to do another FDR hearing next month and the ex went onto to cal me and the judge pathetic and walked out the room , on the way back to the side room him and her had passed us like Linford Christie and John Regis, my barrister called my ex a drama queen, so yesterday was a complete waste but they are seeing through his lies and he has a penal notice to answer my questionaire by the 28th Nov.Me to answer his 2 question's why did'nt i put down the CSA payment he made last week in my form E erm because i done that form E in June , 2 why have'nt i put my son's DLA money down as my income erm because it's for a child and is not classed as my income.Roll on December
