So...here we go.

After cancelling the last 2 times my x2b was supposed to have visitation with our son, she finally seems to have come through. I will be meeting her at the airport early tomorrow morning and he will be flying home with her for 2 weeks.

She has spent a grand total of 12 days since September 17th. Only one full week, which was the week of Christmas and I nearly forced her to spend that week with him. I had to update her on his potty training program, his breakfast likes and dislikes, what I pack in his lunch daily, what he likes to watch on TV, what he likes to sleep in, etc.

So...here I am. All settled in Las Vegas. First month under my belt, and as much as it has been a great move for me, my heart bears a heavy burden. The good: I love my new rental property. Its a wonderful home. I love my new job. I'm doing great so far and fully expect being the best at what I do there. My roommate moved in last weekend and paid me $500 US for Feb. rent. That's fantastic. My last job is paying me my monthly commissions, as agreed upon, so another $2500 US will be coming in this month. Since I have been so busy with my move and new job, and unable to logon to Wikivorce from the new office, due to strict IT/IS restrictions, I thought I should blog a life-update to my UK friends (and Spain and Scotland and South America, of course...I didn't forget you 3!!!)

So, it's official. My son and I moved to Las Vegas on January 2^nd. My mother in-law followed me in my car, with my boy in the car seat. I drove the 26' moving truck. We found a wonderful house for rent. Huge! We both love it and have been getting settled in.
