Don't supose many can say that about thier ex mother in law , but i know i made the right decision last summer when i had to pick between the ex husband and his parents.

She has wrote a beautiful letter to the children this morning thanking them for the wonderful time they had when the children stayed with them for 18 days during the summer holidays ,and how she is looking forward to having them in the Oct half term, and for the lovely birthday card from them her birthday was 3 days ago, she says she was spoilt but the cards from the children and myself made her day extra special .But how most

Some of you may of noticed i have been a little quiet in chat the last few days i have been in , this is due to the fact i was lookig after my sister's dog for her whilst she was on holiday.The dog slipped her lead on sunday whilst taking her to the local shops and she just ran and ran.I wacked up posters and spent all of sunday looking for her, loads of phonecalls to organisations on Monday aswell as back out on the street.At 21.00 on monday i recieved a call saying the dog had been spotted in some cornfeilds i went was to dark to see anything,my dad meet me yesterday and we were out there

 

Yesterday's outcome of the Final Hearing is still sinking in. Some of you  may know my case has taken 2 yrs and 11 months to resolve and a lot of  bitterness along the way, and that I had, had very  poor legal advice from my then acting sols. At my repeat FDR in February I was advised to accept his offer which was written down wrong on paper the offer being £20 p/w for 2 years as a clean break settlement  later offer was £25 p/w for 2 years and £240 pcm for the children until they leave school secured in a consent order due to his large arrears with the CSA.My gut feeling was this is wrong
