Well the divorce has been filed, my ex is not defending it but signing it with relief.

Ex recieved my first letter of settlement propesal from my solicitor today. His face has been beetroot wth anger since he opened it. I think he feels I have backed him into a corner with no where to turn.

Anger has made him blinkered to think I am demanding what has been suggested. When he has calmed down and no doubt been to see his solicitor it will allow him to see that the first letter is a proposal which could form the basis of a work in progress.
