i am so exhausted with all this divorce stuff..i started my divorce in jan of this year and it is no where near over..he agreed sent papers back, then nothing, wait and wait, served an amended petition, which cost me more money, nothing, wait some more, now soliticor wants to involve baliffs to serve papers and im confused as to whether this will delay things further or speed them up, so much advice given by those meaning well but couldnt possibly understand what i am going through..was hoping someone on here could help please???? just want it all to be over....

it should speed it up hun because if he doesn't respond and papers can be proved to have been served then the divorce can go through "deemed as served" (as it did in my case). hope it helps, good luck. lou x |

I thought i was all done and dusted but no ex is playing silly buggers once more even though absolute is 2 yrs old this month. The court sagas still continues, i'm catching some others up , it has now to date taken 3 yrs and 2 months. | |

hi lace, it should speed things up but not sure whether it will make difference as it seems in divorce there is no law enforcement. good luck |
