Well the draft for my divorce writ has been approved by me lol I've decided to leave my share of his pension and settle for what he is offering me which to me is more than I expected so I'm happy. It's been a very long and difficult road but I'm in a happy place now and everyday is a bonus to me when I'm happy. I will soon be divorced now and looking back I don't regret my marriage as I had many a lovely time with my stbx and I wish him well in his life and hope he will be as happy as me but somehow I doubt it bless. Hey, how you all doing? My stbx just happened to phone four times last week at 2am ! Followed by sever texts (non offensive) asking why I wouldnt speak to him!! He must be rattled as I texted to ask him his current address so I could send him a writ which was returned as no one signed for it!
