Hi all,
I've taken your advice and went to my doctor. I'm looking after myself - sented candles, bubble baths, bright clothes instead of my usual black and brown at work. I'm even wearing skirts.
I've bought food and I'm eating more than I was. I want to live. I lived against the odds with the combination of pills and alco I took. It's a miracle. I'm not religious but the future must hold something good for me.
Only problem is I'm not sleeping but hopefully as time goes by I will. I've always had that problem and have tried everything but it is worse than ever.
Thank you my dear friends for your support and advice.
Love
claire

Smurfy, Well done you, recovery is a long road but for the main its a happy one with little goals being acheived eveyday, and thats wat u must do set urself goals little ones but something u never used to do b4 and when u reach them u experience a high, i have turned my life around since i went to councelling nobody recognises me anymore, i still have the capacity to be the nasty man i was b4 but im learning to cope and seeing my own transformation is wat spurs me on and seeing how much closer people want to be with me as a result is heartwarming. You have done the right thing many good times are out there waiting for you and you will find them now. Take care, Manky |

Smurfy, Well done. I have been through the no sleeping phase but I found that listening to the radio took my mind off things and I would eventually drop off to sleep. Seemed such a simple thing but it really helped me get some sleep and not think about my situation. I hope it works for you. |
