Im on the road to nowhere ll

As much as I feel frustrated by a number of things that have happend today not all being with my case...  this will be my moan of today to myself  :) but you can leave comments should you wish :D

Ok letter from Sol... 

X has been allowed another 40 days to find out info, to say was a chronic alchy and not able to make deicsions and in being such therefore doenst know how to make up mind in doing things... BYFASB...  I have to question are delays done deliberetly when they may be fighting a useless cause and are backed into a corner and will bring out any crap and perhaps even go as far as to not send payments to get info just to delay even further,

I wish there was way a chronaglogcal list that should be given that shows how cases have progressed all dates of all actions,  ie I know from letter sent to me that after the 1st hearing Xs sols didnt even write to ask for a report till 4 weeks later asking for evidence so with 8 weeks to go its not arrived, wheres the proof of chasing done, was payment for report sent. how do I know that X hasnt runout of resources and sols arnt just carrying as any kind of payment is better that no income.

Anyway enough of that... MY garden :) peace and quite, birds whistleing away , in the centre of the picture in the background just about the blue bush you can see a oak tree that I planted some 12 years ago on the birth of my first grand son tree is now about 15' Gson is 12 and 5' 8" must be the good food they get LOL.
