Value Added Tax to insult victims of Domestic Violence

To have to face the courts after being subjected to domestic violence anyone who has had to deal with the, so called team of uncaring professionals  straight across the board, will have by now reached  a  point of having no respect left at all ,for these so called experts & the  legal professional group.

Later in November 2006  a district  Judge made a point of  letting me know this at the final hearing before barring me out of court , she  said "you have no respect for professionals in Authority".For someone like myself having reached 46 years old  with no  past history of causing harm to others in society, why would I be showing such a side of myself that was not clearly there pre court trial?.  Clearly she could see I was not impressed with the same age group of women surrounding me such as social workers ,barristers & solicitors.The courts clearly under estimate the walks of life people have come from, also the business experience of life they carry with them.This just  might just be a higher professional standard above and beyond the average social worker & solicitor.There fore just because this is in secret court ,you can not expect society to respect derelict of duty of care ,and cover up in closed court .You can not demand respect for maladministration .When a judge says off the top of the tongue I have read all the papers  this is a lie. You can fool some of the people ,but it is a case of not fooling all of the people in the KANGEROO COURT.For 1 there is not enough time to do this it has taken me 4 years to obtain the bulk of the material evidence, then some more time to find an expert witness outside of the country to explain the pathology concerning my sons history  leukaemia.

The expert witness was almost senile ,and  near retirement age.She belonged in her day ranked up their with the rest of the other  high up there in the so called  rank of  feminist psychiatrists.They put on quiet a floor show for me up at the RCJ,bringing on THE BIG GUN LAWYERS who  pranced about walking up and down in front of me glaring over staring me down wearing trousers suits,"wait till I get you in there and see what I can do to you look". I returned to court back this time  on human rights abuse on behalf of my son,so he would be allowed  to enjoy contact. I had already taken my kicking in The First Avenue House in Principle Registry in February 2005. 

Moving on now

I have it appears now in Luton November 2006  I have also managed  to have rattled this Judge who threatened me with prison, this was before I set foot in her court , for daring to complain about the contact the previous high court judge  Mc Gregor said to give me in February 2005  .It seems you can get done for contempt of court , but not for any  real conviction for child abuse ,why do people  not get this ? What are these courts about ? what are they setting out to do, protect children or what ?

I had just had major surgery on 11th  September 2006   6 weeks prior to the  November hearing of a 3- 4 day trial, I  was recovering from   a hysterectomy.This would turn out to be my final & last  court appearance.  Your Honor barred me out till 2010 on section 91/14 . I can reflect back now and see the funny side of this decision many of us have this order. It was not so funny at the time though.I took her advice take it or leave it 1 hr 30 minutes in a contact centre. I asked L another mother who had the same barrister what do you want me to say to the LA barrister who took your children? When we all stood up the judge had  left the room I said to the barrister, "we mothers are getting as hard nosed as you lot .I am as hard as D's mother when you sent him off to adoption.

Now it is clear to ALL & sundry that  these legals know before they step into court each day with the same repeated template used day in day out for emotional  harm:  using the same judges & the same expert witnesses , the internet support groups now predicts the outcome of the final hearing for you.

So in the place of fear now stood disrespect. May I say respect has to be earned , this is  a two -way interaction Your Honor she threatened previously  at an earlier hearing, directions or something ,she sent a mesage through  the barrister before I came in the court room"I will not have this mother coming in dictating to me what she wants. What these bunch of power legals seem to forget is this : the victims switch off at some point from bullying. After all a bully is a bully whether it is dressed in a gown or concealed beneath a £300 wig sitting in  the seat in center court .

 What indeed  must these legals make of us mothers who are coming across the internet & into court , as a civil rights movement is fast  kicking off in the UK .

The end result is this, they the Mothers,  are interacting with many other mothers who compare their cases ?I mean if you are on your own it must be frightening ,this is not the case,it seems  we are among many.

So much so the solicitors fear us now as we turn up on their doorsteps,we  arrive  asking for them to take on a group  of mothers.This particular firm again cropped up again  ,another mother brought up her bundles to my home showed me her papers as a Mac Kenzie Friend.

It was the same firm, he would not go into court he said" get on with it yourself". So she did get on with it a DV case.  half her family missing to adoption all because of DV issues.It is cheaper to house the children than help a mother stay with her children.So much for this being RARE that they remove children from mothers.

I have yet to met a solicitor with the balls to do this! I met 2 mothers also a journalist from the BBC followed many other different cases. Again this same firm of solicitors( same judge  mentioned above ) Luton .

Sitting on my own back in the RCJ in the Strand 2005 waiting to on a circuit before this case was heard another dirty trick,   transfered back to Luton,the excuse it would be seen sooner.I am up before the mother in the DV case with this same woman judge.The judge bought a cake the mother told me ,put  5 candles 1 for each child on a birthday cake to mark the event of a new mummy & daddy.

So how much value added tax to the profit of insulting domestic violence victims the children are victims remember this ?

Now which MP should I approach under the data of protection Act to find out .I mean I have a list of questions to ask about such dodgy placements with violent men getting custody the total cost over all in human misery .
