Am new to the idea of having a personal blog. Have not looked at others so not sure what the ettiquet is even.
I am having trouble with an ex boyfriend and that is how I first came upon this site. I have visited the forums, looked at messages + I feel comforted + less isolated knowing I am not the only one suffering.
There are currently 2 lots of bail conditiond against my ex now + a non molestation order. The combination is working + he has not contacted me for 3 days now.
I am in a very dark place though. We were close.
This is funny though.....I took out the non molestation order by myself + copied the format from a series of injuctions which a friend lent to me. The judge had a fit!!! 'Who do I think I am petending I have legal knowledge etc'. He said I should fill in a form which is what 'commoners' have to do.Only 2 of the questions out of a possible 20 were actually relevant to me anyway so I cut out my previous answers, stuck the 2 bits of paper on his form, and wrote 'sworn statement' on all my legally worded pages I wanted included. The judge rejected my requests for the issues of slander and blackmail to be included in the order but they are still actually written in there (surrounded by a load of legal jargon I copied + do not even understand)and this does give a very strong immpression that all the issues I wanted covered are included in the order.
What next........Anyway, thanks for reading.....if anyone does!
