Has the world gone mad?

I call this one has the world gone mad.  And by world yes it is a metaphor for my stbx, she was my world, she still is my world and I will only believe that she is not the day that my last breath leaves me.

For those who may have read previous info and maybe been in the chat room you will know that I returned from Tokyo on friday night to Holland and spent a night in the flat.  I called "home" and spoke to the kids - love them to pieces...  Stbx was odd and asked me where I was, I flippantly said I do not think that it concerns her.

This was primarily a response to what she said to me mid week when I dared to ask her why she was at home at not at work.  (I obviously did not say it as bluntly as that).  At the time I thought hey ho that was brave, brave as I would normally be adopting the submissive role.

Anyway I flew in from Holland this morning at 9am and got home at 10am.  The house was empty, no stbx (hurrah!), no kids (boo, hiss!).  I did the only thing I could and phoned her mobile.

She picked up and was her usual vicious self.  She was out, would not tell me where they were or when they were coming back etc.

The next thing she said was highly, highly amusing.

She said "I hope you did not take money from the joint account for your holiday?".  I said of course I did I was on holiday with the kids and was entitled to do so. (this was a holiday I took with kids 4 weeks ago).

She responded - no the one you have just had.

I laughed and laughed.  She does not believe that I was actually in Tokyo with work.  I laughed again.  She thinks that I was on holiday.... I smiled.

Then it dawned on me, she actually believes that I could do such a thing.  This is no more a projection of her own guilt and behaviour over the last  18 months.  She thinks I did it because she would/could and is capable of doing it.  The lies and staying out at "secret places" with her Boss!

Do not judge everyone by your own standards mehinks!

So I will do nothing and hopefully, hopefully she will make an issue of this further down the line...

So heres to Tokyo and the wonderful holiday that I had there!!!!
