Give Up?

Thought I would try blogging - tried everything else!!

Been here, off and on, since WIKI began. Whilst wiki has come on in leaps and bounds, I am stuck in the same living nightmare as when it all began 21 months ago.

He is back in the country now, still not responding to sol's letters, still trying to cicumvent the system.

So - where do I summon up the strength to go on? and should I? Not exactly made a briliant job of it so far, so maybe time to call it a day and ship out and take what comes. Got to be better than just getting by and waiting for the next onslaught

		Hello ChinUp Just to send a hug to you at this difficult time. You have made the first positive move by posting again, the first little step. It is horrible to see you in pain like this. I know that when problems seem much bigger than I can cope with, I try to break them down into tiny little pieces, and I mean tiny. If anyone (or even if I tell myself!) tells me to "be brave" or "strong", I run for the hills... You say in your post "take what comes". It may be worthwhile, just in theory, to sit down with pen and paper (word document if that suits better) and work out exactly what that phrase means. What are the gains and losses of your situation? If you were your own best friend and you were asking her what to do, and she got that piece of paper out, what would she write? Sometimes, if we can take a mental step back (I use a visualisation exercise where I look down on my life from a hovering helicopter... gets my petty little concerns into a saner perspective) we feel a bit stronger. I don't know your story, just trying to acknowledge your heartfelt anxiety and offer a way of dealing with it. Hugs livewire

		(((((((((((((((((((((((((((chinup))))))))))))))))))) It's a very difficult time for you right now but you are in a good place here at wiki i too am like you feel like im stuck in a rut cant seen to move forward at all so i can understand where your coming from. Guess the only way to deal with it is take one day at a time and not assume that things will get sorted out over a certain time scale. Keep your chinup honey JJ
