My estranged husbandleft in 2004, and agreedto allow me to stay in the marital house until our last child left school three years later. He has now decided to exercise his legal right to return to live here. I believe he first mooted this in the summer when I’m told he had to move following the end of his long term relationship. He has suggested we could share the house but I have moved on with my life and, moreover, would not feel comfortable (safe?) living under the same roof
