ALL ROOMS FOR THE WEEKEND ARE CONFIRMED, THIS INCLUDES THOSE OF YOU THAT HAVE REQUESTED ADDITIONAL ACCOMODATION ON EITHER THE FRIDAY OR SUNDAY ASWELL.
I will be confirming the number of vegetarians tomorrow, so if anyone hasn't let me know of this need or any other dietary requirements then they will be eating the main menu.
I mentioned in my last blog about a raffle, I have decided that this will take place and that we will charge a small amount to purchase raffle tickets with all proceeds going to an appropriate charity.
If anyone can offer a prize, however big or small, all donations would be greatly appreciated. Would also be grateful if you could give me an indication of whether you can, so I can get an idea of how many prizes we will have.
As previously mentioned, if anyone has any further queries, please send me a message or ask me in the chat room directly.
I have sold a full house of tickets (75).
Anyone cancelling after Friday 22nd August (tomorrow) will face the cost of accomodation and ticket unless I can re-sell them. This was advised when booking the hotel room originally.
I will be compiling a list of those happy to have their photo posted in the gallery and will bring it with me to the weekend so people can confirm yes or no and will then post this on my return home.
Melissa and myself will have our laptops and webcams at the event and will have wifi access if anyone left in the chatroom wants to join the party in the virtual world.
Anyone else wishing to have wifi access over the weekend can let me know and I can get cards for £10 for 24 hours.
Once again, dress code is whatever you are comfortable in. I have been told by a few people that they intend to dress up and by others saying they will be smart / casual, so it really is upto you. Although not sure if you come dressed as a clown or a gorilla you will find many dressed similar, lol.
Looking forward to meeting everyone in a couple of weeks time.

Hi Sarah, For the raffle I confirm my offer of a virgin litre bottle of 45% alcohol Wyborowa vodka . I did also earlier consider raffling myself for the evening but think it better if there is a raffle of kisses by Wikipeeps willing to donate. If this is feasible I would suggest that both the type of kiss and it's target destination be specified in advance as a subsequent refusal may offend. Perhaps GeJay could be prevailed upon to donate one of his excellent and most famous hugs? YA |

I think a raffle of kisses is an excellent idea YA, would there be a slding scale of price though depending on who was doing the kissing? Lol. Seriously, think this is a great idea, but would have to be specified before the kiss as to whether it was a free one or a raffled one. Or each person donating kisses have a time slot so that they can then catch up on the free cases later on in the evening. Sarah |

What a fabulous Idea a Kisses Raffle, will it be limited to one kiss per ticket or indeed one ticket per person, there may be some greedy people or amazing kissers just wanted to check the rules. lol | |
