I woke up this morning with all the doubts running through my head and asking 'why', but i thought come on get up and get a shower. I hadnt eaten at this point for over 48 hours and even that was just a little bit of pasta, when i come to think of it over the past 7 days i probably havnt had even a single meals worth of food and i know thats no good, so i tried to have something, it was only a little bit of cereal but at least it was something. I got really down again after that, my mum and dad came home from their weekend away and seeing them so happy upset me, stupid i know, My dad doesnt

I thought id start a blog, to try and get some of this negative energy out of me.

Not feeling right at the moment, im very panicky and my heart wont stop racing.

Ive gone through every emotion under the sun today.

Im so scared of being alone, i just feel so down and lonely and he seems fine, its not fair, why cant he feel some of the pain im feeling, mind you why would he, its him that has told me he doesnt love me and wants to be on his own.

I woke up this morning so sad and scared, he picked me up because i had to sort clothes etc out, now he's gone to work. I have so many questions that i need
