Who are the Experts?

Who are these Experts?

Why are they also allowed to train future doctors to give evidence for court?

Why is an expert allowed like this to step so boldly out of his field of expertise ?

Why is the GMC so lenient with dealing with these doctors in complaints.

Why is medical evidence allowed to be trashed in closed courts .

Why are the other parties afraid to let in other experts to challenge them on their opinions?

Then may I also ask this: most important of all why, does Dr A not prioritise serious medical problems, which are well documented in my bundles.

Why is it necessary for me to engage only with himself or a psychologist in an expensive business transaction were by I have to pay for my own CBT therapy 

The 3rd EW not a doctor a psychologist who :says therapy is not going to work for me, I am a hopeless case!

What is the specialised back ground of these so called expert witness’s , where do they  come from ,what  that gives them a precedence to monopolize this private sector of counselling. 

Why are these EW’s allowed to procure a list of vulnerable clients from court cases such as these  in my case  he was a paid  witness in the same court case at the time an NHS employee running a parallel private business shortly due to retire.

Surely this can be seen as a conflict of interest.

Lastly why  are judges so limited, in their capability to under stand junk science is eventually going to costs lives in terms of medical negligence cases raised in the future .

When medical cases are subject to this carry on, children lost in the system who have a future time bomb ticking will not be able to find a genetic key in cases of closed adoption.

The courts seal the cases the adults will never know or find a link to a family through the good old NHS not whilst experts like these thrive and clone on for years churning out more badly trained shrinks and mediocre doctors who will NOT go to court & defend patients their against such powerful Experts for court.

I am Campaigning for a global data base to run parallel to the NHS as families are on the move to other countries were they can live a normal life without interference from doctors or social workers or rules of closed court.
