I gather we are all still playing the legal game?

I clearly remember my solicitor sending out a letter for each independent Expert Witness, asking them not to directly contact each other or to discuss the reports they are asked to undertake for court……….

Or to flavour a report with, a personal opinion.

Initially all the parties have then to agree upon who you can have for an EW!!!!!!!!

Put like this they all decide WHO   will do YOU for the reports!

You simply have NO choice, at this time, you have complete trust in the legal system and have no need to question the integrity of those involved with your case.

Some one said for her to do that she must have a lot of confidence in her role ,or  she is very high up  to write a fax to:  the child’s solicitor he then discloses the fax in the bundles.

I read much later on: she wants to know what the other EW is going to be looking at before the medical bundles arrive or my backside has entered the office the other independent EW has rented by the hour in Lisson Grove .

Then the 3rd EW's  who is not a doctor the psychologist Mr Y  who works from a PO box address has been brought on to put the final nail in the coffin. His report is damning he agrees with the other 2 EW's so much for being independent !

All the reports are inconclusive all are accepted on merit when put before the court.

This Dr B we will call her can not contain herself ,she positively invites the other fellow to join her in the WITCH-HUNT of a MSBP the lighter label of this ……..

Dr A well he says I personally would not believe her when she say’s that there are DV problems.

Later on when he does the father’s report for court ,Mr X has concealed his CRB from Dr A which has on it  a decade of history of violence ,more important to note is this that most of his medical notes are conveniently missing !
