5th August 2004 is the second report for court to be done since 25^th May 2004. The doctors are Not satisfied with this they send me on to other NHS paid Psychiatrists paid to do court work.

May I ask you this, do you think you would be strong enough to enter into any kind of therapy at such an emotional time as this was for us as a family ?

Not knowing what the future outcome is going to be for all of us, least of all one of your children who is so seriously ill with leukaemia at this time, he is also later on dragged along for reports for court .

This was not the right thing to be putting any family through right now, not even for court.

There is no justifiable reason to continue down this road except for people to make money.

I give my name to the receptionist why does it feel like a pass when he   makes a remark about how nice my hair is. I thought how inappropriate of him to do this. I take a seat now in the waiting room and I take in who else is in the room waiting I hope they will not notice me. I listen to the conversation and realise these people do need serious help.

If I was wary of this appointment made now by my own solicitor I had every right to be as I now have experience first hand what this is.

It is this a form of psychiatric abuse. This is my very first taste of it an experience that is far worst than the court case that follows on in February 2005 for an 8 day trial as they are called to give evidence.

The other EW does not travel charges £150 per hour come back to this later I found evidence she contacted the other independent EW before I even arrived for this appointment.
