Hello...I am Glen.

After 20 years of marriage I am at last getting divorced. The marriage has been over for a long time, in fact when I look back it should never of happened in the first place....thats is a discussion for another day.  I don't think either of us were ready for it and from a personal point of view it would never have continued if the children had not come along.

I have decided to keep a blog to keep a record of the daily events. Right now its bad and getting worse.

Havent blogged for ages, so here's an update.

I am still waiting to exchange contracts on my house, I am hoping it will be next week, and that we can move into our new home and put everything behind us. The children have been great, we've done boot sales, trips to the dump and charity shops, they are very excited about moving - and have helped me pack everything up.

The consent order is sealed, and the absolute applied for (finally) Stbx has been very helpful trying to get everything organised so I can move. It has been very difficult, because I have actually had to speak to him after a year

I am up rather early but then I am just a bit excitrd.  When I first started this journey I never expected the day would come when I would be driving my daughterand mother  to the place I will be making my new home soon.
