I have had a couple of good days, except for a bit of a relapse for a mistake i made, that i was not even aware of, but i,ve taken measures to make sure it does not happen again, so hopefully an apology is enough and accepted.

The main point of this blog is my continuing disbelief at my STBX,s disregard for the feelings of our kids in particular sarah our daughter. She has had to watch me suffer at the hands of her mums relationship, and at times its not been a good sight, and she must have wondered what the hell was happening to me, but she has so much carachter and stregnth for a 15 year old

Some friends and I bunk off down to local pub every Tuesday for the weekly quiz night and always lose!

Well off we go last tuesday and order our drinks at the bar and who should walk by but my ex, looking like a walking barcode in a very loud stipey shirt(yeah bitchy or what?).

Well the guy moved out last november and live about 2 hours travel away now - so whats he doing here? Well he scarpered out of the pub with me still mid double take.

Half an hour later the woman he shared a double bed with for 3 nights, but denies shagging walks in. Ah ha now I realise whats up! Hubby then treks back

Today I said NO to a client,that had started to irritate me.I phoned him back and said that I had this gut feeling that I should not work for him.He was I think very taken aback by my call. It is strange that I have never wanted to loose money or work or have my reputation challenged.And yet today I said No and took control. Something has changed in me.I am calm, no rash and in control for maybe the first time
