Dear Blog Reading Friends

I responded to a blog earlier today, written by Drew about how his wife spent too much money and stuff, in my response detailed some of what my life used to be like etc.

I tend to do this, respond to other peoples posts with my own experiences, not sure why, they are not asking me to tell them my story when they post I dont think, maybe it helps to hear that you are not the only one, or for somebody to say that they left their ex, for the same reasons?

Anyway the reason I am saying this, and for the purpose of this blog, is to ask, why and how does it happen, you know,

Yesterday, and today, I have realised that my blind love for my ex is dying.

This is having the effect of making me see her as she really is and believe me, it is not a pretty sight! Though she is a beautiful woman, I see no beauty in her soul at all. I only see her slyness, her manipulative ways and her incredible talent for lying.  But I don't hate her anymore. I just don't care about her or what she does.

I am moving in October as it will be better for me in so many ways. I don't plan on sharing my plans with her though.

 I had a date yesterday! It was SO much fun though it is nothing

I'm sure I've heard it said that men marry women that remind them of their mother's. I could be wrong, but somewhere in my sub-concious I've heard that said.

So, what is my mother like?

Well, just about everyone that should be dear to her has walked away from her.

Her husband, her children and her grandchildren. All have either left her or have distanced themselves from her. That's a lot of people, 13 in all.
