My reasons for signing-up to wikivorce were two-fold

• * Offer any help I can to those going through the divorce or dissolution process, either personally or professionally (giving something back)
• * Gain a better understanding of what the real issues are for individuals and their professional advisors

When I signed-up for wikivorce membership I answered all the questions but of course, many of them did not apply, because of course, wikivorce is mainly for those going through a divorce or dissolution. Lawyers are also encouraged to join and the sign-up process accounts for this possibility. What

Two weeks ago we agreed to start counselling before Xmas. We had broadened the scope so that it was not just to enable separation (as my wife initially wanted).

It had all gone quiet and there had been a few incidents where I was not happy with my wife's reaction to things (hey, par for the course I hear). So on Monday I asked what progress she had made with choosing a counsellor from the list I had selected from BACP.

The answer really surprised me - nothing. She hadn't had any time (!) at all to look at any of the pages I had printed off to help us make the choice, had not contacted her

Hi all

Went for the 2nd date (spent the weekend with but let's not split hairs) with my new man and it was absolutely wonderful. Loved up like a teenager, but also incredibly happy and looking forward to the future in a way I haven't done for many years.

Just goes to show that love can happen to anybody at any time - I met my man on this website and couldn't be happier.

I firmly believe that everything happens for a reason and that there is somebody out there for everyone
