My x2b restricted herself to just the one phone call today to harangue me for not getting my own solicitor yet and even she sounded tired with it, like she was just going through the motions (or emotions). I think she is finding it hard at her parent's house. I was doing mainly mundane things ( I nearly typed manly mundane things - Freudian, or it's the wine I'm drinking at 4am!) today like shopping and so on.

I can’t remember a time now when my head had any peace, peace from this continual churning over facts and feelings in my mind. I go to bed and can’t settle, I wake up and its there again. Its all consuming and it makes it very difficult to concentrate and think of anything else. I read loads, but find myself having read a chapter and not remembering any of it, so I have to re-read it or just give up.

I hope when I do manage to confront him and maybe get some answers this situation

Well.... I've filed for divorce - strange feeling!!!

Still no word from x2b...... his brother called me yesterday to 'ask how I was'.... how does he think I am??? - my hubby's done a runner with all our money - I'm just dandy thanks!!!!!

He said he had tried to call him a couple of times over the last two weeks... since I told him what had happened.... he has had no reply and no call back... maybe x2b just doesn't want to hear "what the hell do you think you're playing at"...... seems to me that not only does my x2b have no backbone when it comes to talking with me, but it even goes farther
