  Went to see my dear old mum who has developed a blood-clot behind the eye. She was telling me she couldn't have anticipated the situation with my x2b either which made me feel a bit better.

 However, she doesn't quite get that the law isn't about what is right, ethics and morality, that sort of thing. It's based on need, supposedly. So she is upset that my louse of a spouse is getting anything at all. "She should be paying you" seems to be the familial theme.

 The Divorce

A little harsher yesterday. It was the first day that using the website hadn't helped - having to, in a virtual sense, get in between two warring factions on the forum felt a little too much like my real marriage for comfort!

My x2b turned up and banged on the window while I was cooking. She'd turned up for her post, dressed to the nines. I said "you look nice, going out?" She claimed that she'd just been to the doctor! She only wears heels when she's going out for a date. Maybe she's started on the doctor at the GU clinic now!

I bit the bullet and made her a verbal offer for settlement.

Its done, he has denied having an affair and says they shared a bed to save money. Hmmm they saved £100 over three nights, I asked him if he thought it was worth it?

I told him I didn’t believe him and would he believe me in the same circumstances?

He says he meant to ask me if it would be OK!!!!! I guess he knew what the answer would be.

So then it comes down to – well you don’t love me anymore etc, etc.
