I am nearly half a century old, I have zero qualifications, I am the father of two children: Child J who is 18(my little man) and Child SJ who is 15(my beautiful daughter). As of June 2004 Child J and I have lived on our own in glorious Gloucestershire.
Mum and I were fully consenting partners for 20 years. I pulled the trigger in the martital breakdown.
I am a modern Dad FULLY involved from conception onwards. In the social circles we mixed, I was one of the most involved of alll the dads. I deffinately changed more nappies and atteneded more playgroups than Mum. 3 months maternity leave than back to work for mum by her request, I was working late shifts and shared fully in everything.
In early November 2003 cafcass said I was a good Dad and that shared residence was their recommendation on a one week on and one week off basis. There was a slightly different consideration for child SJ, because mother started to identify issues of logistics and parental relationship issues between me and my daughter during the Cafcass report. They were no issues between me and SJ anymore than between mum and child J, but they were very useful arguments for splitting up Child SJ and Child J 43 days later. Amazing legal foresight and confidence from a very good Secretary/Personal Assistant/ potential small business owner. ........Mum couldnt have known and she is not stupid.
You will regret the day Telly Tubbies, that those ethical/professional standards were acceptable to your business, and that is guaranteed, and Arnies guarantee is golden
In late November 2003 on the basis of shared residence I agreed to 75% of the joint equity and double the CSA recommendation for maintenance to mum, in recognition that the early days were going to be financially tight. Inclusive in my 25% were All my pension provisions which were counted as capital assets.
In December 2003 mother gives instruction to sell and move 120 miles away and separate the children...43 days for a complete reversal of financial circumstances. Gleefully her legal firm took that instruction and proceeded to overturn the Cafcass recommendation and my only request, keep the children together at all costs, I didn’t care with which parent, but keep them together.
They also achieved a fine against me of £2000 for abuse of process and now the issue with my daughter is very much a reality. I had an exclusion of some description for a period of time that honestly I never read, another meaningless court document.
Before this mis carriage of justice or rather distortion of the whole truth and nothing but the truth I was the Managing Director of a small company turning over 1.25 million (2003 - 2004).
I started my working life as a workshop office clerk at an agricultural dealer and worked my way up by cunning and determination and was chasing a dream that one day I could revive the British car industry.
I have A LOT of commercial experience in dealing with solicitors and debit recovery from customers through the small claims court as a litigant in person. I certainly never lost, and one was a draw maybe, some were profitable. My first experience of solicitors was a damages claim as result of a car crash at 17, rather a pedestrian crash(me) Car crash (them).
My chosen career path was the food industry and I have a considerable amount of experience in quality systems, complaints procedures as well as dealing with all the potential liabilities from feeding the public.
So it is this experience that I bring to wikivorce. I am going start a thread that will provide support on that basis to balance my political posts.
As a bit of a footnote anything you see on my webpresence at wikivorce I am happy to give help or guidance hopefully by screencasts like this one (give it time to load)
That’s it for today
love Arnie xxx

Hey Arnie, Gis some advice about sarnies lol , I am only joking with you having a bit of banter. Now then why is the decent dads get a bad ride in courts? Why does divorce have to be the hardest lesson in life ? I am a survivor of divorce and wish I never got involved with a divorce man with children and baggage. Thanks for the link as you know I am a happy blogger and willing to learn new tricks especially having a wider audience after social networking for years now . I have to say I think we will get on regardless of whatever sides we take with political views. Which is more than can be said for Cherie Booths father in or out of Alf Garnet .lol all the best Lyndmac |

Hi Arnie , Thank you so much that was clever, I watched the hyperlink I am not up on the jargon, however have a house full of applemac stuff. I just push the buttons and get results. I learnt to go to file then send link. I do F9 then drag to a word doc which is set up or an new e-mail just auto up 2 file 1 click drop down shows link 2 page 2nd click sends it it is done. I got bored with computer class as it was such a clumsy way of teaching , not my words , I went home relaying to my friend who said to me get a mac and I will show you how to use it. I am so use to it now I would not go and work on anything else. The price is not that much different if you stick with the lower end of the start off range of apple. I find the photos and video so easy to work with.Sadly though people bombard me with stuff to do as a favour . I do not get time to do my own videos etc. I have taken to watching tv on the bbc iplayer recently.I moved a sofa into the office . the sky package came in today it has gone up £4 , I do not watch tv at all . I have the record box and forget to record. The HD or streaming is excellent . So for me I get my moneys worth out of paying for broadband watching tv missed programmes etc. Now I think I will jack in my package with sky my tv license too and just watch tv for free when I get time that is. Oh yes macs do not get virus's either. Please do not ask me how big is this or that I do not know or am interested . I have a cooker with 2 ovens the top 1 has a grill, I do not know how to use this,it takes to long to find out. I would rather be a geek than a cook , totally free of domestic duties just me now so am free to learn new skills. The positive side of being single free. best wishes Lyndamac |
