Well, today was one of those days that I have not been looking forward to -in fact at times I have been dreading it. One of those milestone days that loom on the horizon as they get closer.Today has been my birthday . I have been quite anxious about what kind of a day it would be, and how to make it special for my daughter -she is the age when she thinks everyones birthday should be special. It sounds trivial and selfish, but i was dreading the lack of cards etc  - i have been ostracized by family and freinds since the separation in July .

Any way, today has actually been a good day.I

Well, here i am again. Have found the last few weeks quite difficult -just in case anybody had not noticed! Had quite a few down days. due to see GP this week to have antidepressants reviewed -am feeling better than i was before dosage was changed -just not as good as i'd hoped. I'm still losing loads of hair everytime i wash it -although Gp said change of tablets should address that.Even daughter has noticed  it looks like theres a small animal in the bottom of the bath when i've ahd a shower. i suppose it would save on hairdressing costs!

Its been a tough few weeks for my daughter, and so

Today has just been that kind of day. Have not been sleeping very well again this week. Started feeling quite low last night due to concerns about daughter and finances. cried myself to sleep for first time in a while.

Woke up this morning feeling rubbish -cough and sore throat and generally feeling sorry for myself.

Decided to try to tackle problems.Treid to contact school nurse to discuss worries about daughter but have been unsuccessful. Rang soliciotrs to make appointment. i need things sorted. Am getting worried about effect of husbands misuse of his
