10 days on from probably the lowest i have ever felt, i didnt think i could ever get that low,and i hope i never feel that low again,but thanks to certain new friends ,mainly megan, and harrietbaby , and a guy called mike, who is a healthcare assistant on the cardiac care unit who i met while having my 2nd stint in hospital with heart probs,life is not so black anymore,also have to say hi and thanks for all the great support ive had from the peeps at wiki,you are all stars in my book, and me and my kids want to say a big thanks xxx

    sorry if i sound so low, but im having an awful time at the moment. The reason i cant die  is because of my kids,they have got a crappy mother, who doesnt give a sh.t about them,so therefore i have to be strong for them. trouble is i dont want to be strong any more,i have had enough, even after having had a heart attack, my so called family and friends still dont care enough to ring, just to see if im alright,so i have to carry on on my own. this is my only outlet, i do try going onto the forums,but i have no confidence,so i watch for a few minutes,then

                          If only we knew what was round the corner of our lives,you could plan things, not make stupid mistakes, do things better, less exciting i know, but, in hindsight,ifs and buts and all that rubbish,i certainly would of written different things in my last blog,let me explain, this time last week ,i was feeling ok just back off hols, just feeling a bit lonely. 24 hours later, shopping in morrisons with my daughter, my life decides that i should have a heart attack,right by the tills, not the greatest place,so anyway,i get rushed off to the hospital, they stick
