Still headed for FH . Have completed and sworn my Form E to exchange with X as direct by the judge before 29/6/07. True to form have not had sight of stbx....................... There is an offer in the pipeline, I could accept it and finally put an end to this mess now instead of dragging it out. However, I have just been informed that his original CEV was (as I suspected) incorrect and he has finally produced another one which inflates the last figure by over 50k!

Try not to go FDH route. To expensive Im on my 2nd appointment postponed twice gonna go on for 2 years by settlement. Sick as a chip term comes to mind. Still least yours gave info on pension mine has 3 and didnt declare 1 the Judge asked for the extra info cause I had paperwork for his pensions. Lying about assets as well although Judge did make him get a valuation - although the little S*** got his best friend to do it. Oh the games he likes to play. Yours at least will try to negotiate mine is so stupid a FDH costs more than the money left in the pot after all debts are settled and still he wont send a offer. Letters are cheaper than the court my affidavit just cost me £900 dont go that route. |

Too late, have done first hearing and FDH in one go due to his imminent departure from UK. Final hearing listed for September of which he has been directed to attend. Hopefully will then be able to move on..... |
