There are only 70 places for this event and these are all currently allocated.
I have asked that deposits of £20 be paid at the latest Sunday 20th July.
If you currently do not have your name on the list but would still like to attend then send me a private message ASAP so that I can make a reserve list on a first come first served basis.
As with a lot of events people drop out along the way. Anyone not having paid their deposit by 20th July (unless they have spoken to me) will be taken off the list and a reserve offered the place.
I also need to know about room allocation ASAP as I have to book singles and doubles and these are subject to availability. I have a number of twin rooms already reserved for a period of time.
Please also let me know if you will require a vegetarian alternative or if you have any other special dietary requirements before I finalise the menus.

Sarah, These are my dietary requirements: 1) Things I don't eat are crustaceans. I am allergic to animals that live underwater and have an exoskeleton. 2) Things I do eat is everything other than those covered in point 1 above; and in huge quantities. Thank you, YA |
