I may be over analysing things, but I think my sad ex is trying to play mindgames with me.  She has the kids today and I am working at home on gardening leave.

Had a nice peaceful day, met a friend for lunch then popped to Tesco on my way home.  Had a call from my son he wanted to come round to mine and catch up with his mates.  No problem I told him, I will pick you up on the way back from Tesco.

Go to pick him up and in the porch at the ex's house is a pair of her new mans shoes, she does not normally have shoes in the porch and she is a tidy person and always used to insist shoes are in the

We had sorted out the contact arrangements for half term.  I had the kids Monday and Tuesday and Friday afternoon, so pretty much an even split.  Had a great day yesterday as my new partner (does anyone else struggle with that term??!) came over with her girls.  We had planned to take the girls ice skating and me an my son would play pool as he doesn't do ice skating!  The ice skating was full and the queue was massive, so we ended up all playing pool - it is great how the simple things can be so much fun!

 Problem in the afternoon was that the ex had a massage booked in at the fmh where I am

I am at home on my own at the moment sitting on the sofa and wondering what we used to do on Sunday afternoons.

Then I remember it often involved being dragged round shops!  Wandering around Milton Keynes feeling totally bored wishing I could be at home with my feet up!  Hanging around outside a changing room trying to remember to act positive when she came out wearing some tarty looking dress!  If the kids had been dragged along as they sometimes were, they would have been grumpy and wanting to go home!

As those memories come back it just seems odd that it so easy to look back at my previous
