Post FDR Blues?

Ok not going to write much tonight as it is getting late and have to be up  usual in the morning.

I haven't written on here for a few days, mainly because I have been so busy doing various things with the kids, watching the Saints stay in the Championship, being ill (STRESS!!) and trying to keep busy ahead of the FDR.

Well the hearing was yesterday.  As I expected he still hasn't produced his financial details, nor did he bother to complete the financial questionnaire which I had compiled.  He tried to blame me saying that I had destroyed paper work (totally not true) and because of his potential bankruptcy hearings he had more important things to worry about.

Neither my barrister or the Judge was impressed and have now given him a deadline of 9th June to complete the questionnaire.  They have attached a penal (sp) notice to it so he either does or ends up in contempt of court. 

Just to sum everything up in a nutshell, nothing could be agreed, it is going to a final hearing, although the date has had to be moved from 16th June to sometime in July as only 1 hour was given (clearly not enough time).  Awaiting the date, but the Judge has stipulated that it must be before the 31 July.  Was a bit down about it but since have realised that it is only a few more weeks and gives me a bit longer to make sure that I have everything required for the day itself.

On the plus side, it looks like I may be able to keep the house, provided my mortgage lender agrees, and stbx has agreed to 60/40 split, although he will probably change that before the final hearing.

Anyway I am going off to bed to catch up on some much needed sleep, hopefully, if not will be back to pen and paper at 1am (thanks alan) and listening to westlife/michael buble on the ipod, or some silly programme on sky!
