IT's OVER!!!!

Its all over at last. I am free of my past marrriage of 33 years.............. The relief, the instant relesase of the stress valve,  but the emotions still running riot.......... 

I went to what was supposed to be a pre trial hearing, ordered by the DJ, to sort out FH dates and statement of issues. ........The DJ turned it int a full blown FDR, with our permission, and retraced all the issues.........He then gave directions on his thoughts of the FH outcome and costs............Frightening or what!  £20k costs for a 2 day hearing and an outcome that I expected but my X would not want...........

Told  to go away and try and negotiate outcome rather than FH..........Negotiated for some4 hours, this is the first time myX has done this....... Outcome was a settlement for me,  a lump sum and keep my pensions and my X to keep the FMH........

I was pleased and relieved.........It was the best deal I could get under the circumstances.......Now I can start my life again and live and enjoy my twighlight years...... Roll on!

 Any one who reads this, please try to talk and negotiate at all times, the costs are horrendous if you dont. Dont argue over pennies when it cost pounds to try........

The DJ has a set of rules (Family Causes 1973 (S25 in point) and it usually comes down to this in decison making..............

All the lies, half truths, dirt digging, emotional blackmail, scheming, character assasination will, in the end,  count for nothing. It will be discarded by the DJ and dealt with on the merit of the FCA 1973 rules.........

Be truthfull to yourself and others, it is the only way!!!
