Divorce & it's affects on moving on

Hi

 I wonder if anyone can help me, my boyfriend split with his wife over a year ago and they agreed on a financial settlement through a solicitor but now she is filing for divorce and wanting ancilliary relief. Before my boyfriend recieved the divorce papers we decided we would give it a go at living together, we both have a house so I will be renting mine out and moving in with him, but in the meantime he's recieved these papers, would me living with him in his house affect his divorce and acilliary relief.
