Music Therapy.....

I have been doing everything possible to get through the days to keep the destructive thoughts at bay and Kelly Clarkson's song "What doesn't kill you..." is AWESOME and I crank up the volume while doing housework. Very cheap therapy but very effective too. I should send this song to stbx to rub it in. This has become my daily mantra. Hope it helps others too. Below are the very insightful lyrics.
