hi everyone.
i need someone to help me please.
i am male and married for 4years and 9 months since i got my marriage certificate.but we were together for 6 years.we lived in our house for 5 years and 3 months.
the house is on my partner name and we have business for 5years(she is my business partner) which i running all the time.
we have no kids and i found out that my wife had an afire while i was on holiday.
my business has got £5k debt and my wife work since we met but she qualified since 2010 and working in a professional fields.
i have trusted my wife all the time and never seen anything wrong up to i went for a week to holiday and when i come back she had put all my stuff in the car and i was told by her not to go in the house which i put on with it.
however i find out that she is going out with another person and i did not want to be with her.
i did contribute to bills in the house
now
my wife and i decided to get divorce. and she is not willing to pay me anything for business debt or anything i might be entitle to.
can anyone please help me.
i do not know if i am initialled to any money or the house or ...?
please advice me

Hello Hadiman. Welcome to wiki. I've read your blog and I'm sorry to hear of your problems. Be aware that not all members read the blogs, so I suggest you post the same information in the Forum and you will probably get answers to the specific difficulties over the house, the business and debts. In the meantime, look after yourself and try to get a free session with a solicitor where you live. It would be a good idea for a friend to go with you to listen to the advice too. Take care. |
