A new week begins

I always try + start the week in a positive frame of mind. I believe positive attracts positive, + negative attracts negative.

I was still on a happy high this morning from my fun afternoon yesterday. I went with my son + his gf to visit a friend who lives on a farm. Lambing has recently started, so we were invited to help out!! I delivered 3 lambs which was really fun-tho I'm not that sure the ewe would describe it in those terms! We were able to bottle feed some of the lambs-I felt like a little kid again!

My sol rang this am + apologised for not getting back to me sooner. Hes obviously taken notice of my ranting session the other week. He hoped I hadn't had a sleepless weekend worrying about by stbxs news that he intended to put our house on the market-I told him I had been given informed advice from friends ( thanks to wiki ), + wasn't too worried. He confirmed that the house couldn't be sold without my permission even tho we have severed the jt tenancy. I told him I had been accepted for a mortgage in my own right which would cover the cost of purchasing the fmh. He says my stbx would be a complete idiot to refuse my offer + his sol should tell him that too.

He informed me that my stbx hasn't acknowledged the receipt of the petition-even tho it is upstairs in the bedroom he was using here before he moved out. B*****d (not called him that for a while, does that mean the anger is subsiding?) had said I was holding proceedings up because I hadn't got my pension info, when actually he's the one dragging his feet.

I now have all my pension info + will be dropping that at the sols tomorrow. I am going to see why my sol is going to give another week before he sends his big henchman round to serve the petition in person. I'd like it to go tomorrow! That will look really impressive in front of his college students!

Just waiting to hear from son no1 about what his dad had to say about his future plans. Trying to resist phoning him!! Curiosity is nearly killing me!
