another day closerPosted by 0 in bad day, attending court |
I have been browsing round it seems for ever for answers reason to why i have ended up in the situation i am in
I have fh soon and will be seeing my sol on friday and why am i so sick to my stomach at the thought of seeing sol although seen him a trillion times (got bills to prove!!)
Its makng the situation almost final and very very real, I know I have said it over and over again..I left so in theory created the situation, but I ddnt leave just for a laugh or on a whim 4 long years of living seperately under same roof , finally i flipped
I have the children and no home at the moment he has the lot and the resources up front to anailate me i think
Why and how can I stop being so negative about the courts and keep thinking the court will favour him cos of who he is as emotions are not inc in dj remit, But he ignores his own kids...why dont they penalise him for that
This blog prob seems jumbled..but thats blog just need some divine intervention i think

Not jumbled looby, just straight from the heart. Why should the courts favour him? Because he is a fine upstanding member of the community? Who has abandoned his children? Who has left his wife financially up the creek without a paddle? As is often said on this site, divorce in this country is 'no blame'. Right or wrong, that is how it is. Theoretically, following final hearing, both parties are to be left an a similar financial footing. Sometimes they are, sometimes not. But worrying will not change a damned thing. All you can do is to turn up, be honest, and be yourself. It has been dragging you down for a long time. Inevitably it will take it's toll emotionally. It is all down to the judge on the day. All you can do is to portray yourself in a good light. You have done the research, you have identified the shady transactions, you can hold your head high. All I can say is the very best of luck. Once it is over, you can start to live again without the cloud hanging over you, whatever the outcome. Take care, Mike |
