Just got back from my India business trip and had two letters from the court.
1. They have miss spelt my name and the Nisi is now dated end of DEC (Yes they even entered the wrong date on the form).
2. The court rejected the consent order because Has I have large debets in my name the funds from the house sale should have gone to paying off the debts not being split.
( That was my arguement to STBX sol but as the sums in volved are releatively small, it wasn't cost effective to fight)
Having thought that the everything was sorted out back to square one.
Now will wait for a response from STBx sol to see what they are proposing as a way forward.
Hopefully will not have to go through the whole Form E process again
At least this has given me something to focus on, because last night coming back to a cold empty house wasn't much fun.

Hi Mike Poor you, but life is full of ups and downs, not that it's much of a consolation for you. It is never much fun coming back to a cold and lonely house. I don't live on my own, I share, but even when I come back after being away I find I feel very much alone. You know where I am if you need to chat. Best Wishes Jules P.S. Thanks for your kind wishes re: my impending move |
