I've just read scaryclairies #255192: 'Scottish people getting to know each other'.

Have the team considered/rejected the idea of us finding out who's local by some means, or other?
Pins in maps; Regions in profiles; etc..

Not suggesting it would be a quick or easy feature to add, & safety/anonymity must remain paramount.

Obviously there are umpteen ways this could be tackled, & you've already got plenty to do...

This is a subject that comes up for discussion every now and again.

The best way to arrange a local meet for people in a certain area is to post in the forum and see if anyone is interested. Or pop into the chatroom, and get to know others in there.
